4. Ombudsman Certification

ONS Energy is certified by the Ombudsman service, reflecting our commitment to high standards of service and effective dispute resolution. If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Ombudsman for further review.

5. ICO Registration

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ensuring that we comply with data protection laws and regulations. Our data protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Customer Responsibilities

You may modify any personal information that you have submitted by contacting customercare@ons.energy  with your request. Please note that copies of information that have been updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site for a period of time.
