ONS Energy offers a range of services, including:

• Comparing utility plans and providers to find the best options for you.
• Assisting in the process of switching utility providers.

ONS Energy is certified by the Ombudsman service, reflecting our commitment to high standards of service and effective dispute resolution. If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Ombudsman for further review.

You may modify any personal information that you have submitted by contacting customercare@ons.energy  with your request. Please note that copies of information that have been updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site for a period of time.

If we send you any news and newsletters or other information we think may interest you, you may tell us to stop sending you such e-mail communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in any such e-mail. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) days for us to process opt-out requests.
